1.1. Fast Refund Co Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 13751491 whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (“At Last”, “we”, “us” and “our”), publishes the platform www.atlast.co, accessible either directly or via the websites of our partners (being, along with any other website or application for web or smart devices published by At Last from time to time, the “Platform”).
1.2. The purpose of these terms (the “Button Terms”) is to set out the terms by which you as a merchant (“you” and “your”) must comply in respect of displaying the At Last branded returns button (the “Button”) on the relevant page of your website.
1.3.All defined terms within shall have the same meaning as set out in the Merchant Addendum and/or Merchant Services Agreement unless specified otherwise.
1.4. The Button is necessary to connect your website to the Platform, in turn allowing your Customers to connect and use the Platform in accordance with the Services.
2.1. Unless agreed otherwise with us in writing, you must ensure that the Button remains embedded in your website for as long as you use the Platform and/or Services.
2.2. The Button must be clearly visible on the returns page of your website and you agree to use the most up to date version of The Button which you can find on the configuration page on the At Last Dashboard. (We recommend putting The Button anywhere you think your customers would find it useful, such as in your website footer or support pages).
2.3. We may from time to time implement changes to the visual appearance of the Button or integration of the Button on your website. Should we require you to take any action to implement the change we will notify you by email setting out our instructions. You must implement any instructions and respective changes within 7 working days.
3.1. You must integrate the Button onto your website using the following steps, which can also be found on the configuration page of the At Last Dashboard.
(a) Step 1: Add the HTML <script> to your main website Head. (Auto-generated code for the HTML head script can be found and copied on the configuration page on the At Last Dashboard).
(b) Step 2: Add the HTML <at-last> button tag on your returns page and anywhere else you want your button to appear on your website. (Auto-generated code for the HTML <at-last> tag can be found and copied on the configuration page on the At Last Dashboard)
3.2. Should you have any technical difficulties doing so you should contact us at support@atlast.co
4.1. We may amend and update these Button Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by emailing you at the email address associated with your Account and/or by posting a notice on the Platform.
